As you will be able to see from the photos below my house is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. (or two!) There is a hold-up however; we can't decide what color to paint it! There are three houses around mine and all of them are yellow! So yellow is out. Think the hubs wants to go gray and white but I'm not a big fan of gray. I thought maybe white with black trim but hubs wasn't too crazy bout all white! So PLEASE if you have any ideas on what colors would look good on my house, let me know!!!!

As you can clearly see in these pics, there is an immediate need to get it painted!! Not only is it green and pink; but the paint is peeling off! It looks absolutely awful!!! Thank you all for your suggestions :)
I really like taupe or beige colors on houses. And I think that you style of house would look really good with that color. Then you could do a burgundy, hunter green, or navy trim/shutters. Very classy and shnazzy :o)

I would however like to avoid anything in the green or burgandy department because the previous owner of my house was obsessed with those colors and almost every room inside my house contains those two colors in some form or another. I like the navy trim idea, it would look good with my Americana Decor I decided to go with, but would beige or taupe look too close to a yellow color?? I'm trying to avoid yellow because every house on my block is yellow!!IDK!!!!!!! It's driving me nuts!! lol.
